Business VoIP, Hosted PBX & Corporate Voice

In collaboration with TEL5, we deliver complete business phone systems for Adelaide SMBs — hosted VoIP and cloud PBX with call routing, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail-to-email and multi-site support, backed by our local on-site engineering. From replacing ageing copper PSTN/ISDN lines with SIP trunks, to deploying the platform across staff laptops and mobiles, to configuring QoS on your firewall so calls never drop mid-sentence — one local team handles the provider, the network and the hardware. We also work with 3CX, RingCentral and Microsoft Teams Calling where they're the better fit.

/ Frequently asked — Business VoIP, Hosted PBX & Corporate Voice

Who is TEL5 and how does the collaboration work?

TEL5 is our business VoIP partner. In collaboration with TEL5 we deliver the complete package: hosted VoIP and cloud PBX with call routing, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail-to-email and multi-site support — while we handle the local on-site engineering (network, QoS, handsets, staff rollout) and ongoing support. One team, one number: 1800 836 390.

Do you support 3CX, RingCentral and Microsoft Teams Calling?

Yes — and most other Australian SIP-based platforms including MyNetFone, Aircall, Zoom Phone, 8x8 and Nextiva. We're provider-agnostic: we deploy and maintain the platform you've chosen (or help you choose), and handle the on-site engineering side that cloud VoIP companies can't do remotely — the firewall, QoS, network and handset rollout.

Can you replace our old copper PSTN/ISDN lines with SIP?

Yes — this is one of our most common business jobs. We migrate ageing PSTN, ISDN BRI and ISDN PRI lines to cloud-based SIP trunking with a major Australian carrier, port your existing numbers (including 1800 / 1300 / 13 numbers), configure auto-receptionist and call routing, and run staff onboarding so the cutover doesn't disrupt trading.

Why do my VoIP calls drop or sound choppy?

Almost always one of three things: insufficient internet upstream bandwidth, no QoS prioritisation on the router/firewall, or a consumer-grade modem that can't handle real-time voice traffic. We configure QoS properly on supported gateways (Ubiquiti UniFi, Check Point, MikroTik), tune jitter buffers on the handsets, and where needed recommend a business-grade internet plan with guaranteed upload.

Do you do desk-phone, softphone or both?

Both. Physical desk phones (Yealink, Polycom, Cisco SPA) for reception and front-of-house; softphones on staff laptops and mobiles (Microsoft Teams, RingCentral app, 3CX Web Client) for remote and hybrid teams. We provision, configure, and train the staff — usually in one visit.
