Communications
Hosted PBX, business VoIP and SIP-trunk cutover. 3CX, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Calling — we're carrier-agnostic. Number porting, QoS on the firewall so calls never drop, headset & desk-phone rollout. Liaise with your ISP so you don't have to.
Hardware Deployment
Supply, image and securely deploy staff laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and workstations. Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace provisioned for every user with MFA from day one. Asset register documented and handed back.
Point of Sale (POS)
Square, Lightspeed, Kounta, Impos, Idealpos integration with proper VLAN-segmented checkout-lane Wi-Fi. EFTPOS failover, receipt-printer reliability, and accounting sync (Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks) tested end-to-end before launch day.
Security & Surveillance
Ubiquiti UniFi Protect IP cameras with proper hard-wired backhaul, UniFi G4 video doorbells, UniFi Access door entry, and segmented guest Wi-Fi so customers can't see your back-of-house network. Local recording — your footage stays on your property.

What size fit-outs do you handle?
Most of our commercial fit-out work is for premises between 50m² (a small café or salon) and 600m² (a mid-sized office or showroom). Anything smaller we still handle as a regular install; anything substantially larger (multi-level corporate fit-outs) we'll be honest if we're not the right team and refer you on.
Can you work alongside our builder, electrician and shop-fitter?
Yes — this is the norm for us. We work to your construction schedule, attend builder site meetings if useful, and run all data cabling before plasterboard goes up. Coordinating directly with your other trades is included; you don't have to play telephone between us.
How much does a typical commercial IT fit-out cost?
Every fit-out is unique — wildly different requirements between a 60m² café and a 400m² medical practice — so we always quote upfront with a fixed price. As a guide, a small café or salon typically lands $2,500–$6,000 covering cabling, Wi-Fi, EFTPOS network and basic CCTV. A mid-sized office fit-out commonly runs $8,000–$25,000+. Do you supply the equipment or do we buy it?
Both options are available. Most clients prefer we supply the equipment so it's all one warranty and one source of accountability — Ubiquiti UniFi, Watchguard, business-grade switches, IP cameras, POS terminals. If you've already bought gear we'll happily install and configure what you have, no markup arguments.
What's the lead time?
Once we have your floor plan, we typically deliver a fixed-quote proposal within 5 business days. For the build itself, small fit-outs (café, salon) usually run 1–2 weeks of on-site work spaced around the builder; mid-sized offices run 2–4 weeks. We always confirm the schedule in writing before any work starts.
Do you handle just the IT side or can you also do the security cameras?
Both. CCTV (Ubiquiti UniFi Protect or similar IP-camera systems with local recording), wired doorbells, and Ubiquiti UniFi Access (key-card / app door entry) are all part of our fit-out scope. We do NOT install alarm systems requiring monitoring company registration — for monitored intruder alarms we refer to a specialist.
What happens after handover — are you on call?
Yes. Every fit-out includes a 7-day labour warranty plus the manufacturer's hardware warranty. After that, you can either bring us back on an ad-hoc basis (no retainer required) or choose an ongoing managed support retainer — both options quoted clearly in writing at handover.
