I've been locked out of my email — can you recover it?

Usually yes — provided you still have access to your recovery phone, recovery email or some prior login on another device. We walk through the official provider recovery (Microsoft, Google, Apple) on-site so you stay in control of the account at every step. If the account is fully compromised, we coordinate the formal recovery and lock down everywhere it had been used.
