No — we don't do physical dish mounting. Starlink is designed as a self-install kit and most customers place the dish themselves on the supplied stand; if you need it roof-mounted, a licensed antenna installer or handyman handles the bracket and we're happy to work alongside them. What we do is everything after that: activation, router and network configuration, mesh integration, Ethernet wiring from the router, and making the whole system actually perform.

Usually, yes. Most Starlink dropouts in Adelaide come down to one of four things: obstructions (trees or rooflines clipping the dish's view of the sky), Wi-Fi problems rather than satellite problems, an overloaded stock router, or cabling faults. We diagnose which one it is on-site with proper testing, then fix it — whether that's dish placement advice, moving you onto a proper router or mesh system, or re-running the Ethernet side.

Yes — this is one of our most common Starlink jobs. We put the Starlink router into bypass mode and hand the connection to your own equipment: TP-Link Deco, Eero, Orbi or similar. You keep Starlink's speed but get far better Wi-Fi coverage, guest networks, parental controls and hard-wired ports. The official Starlink Ethernet adapter is required for some kits — we'll tell you exactly which parts to order before the visit.

It depends entirely on your address. In the Adelaide Hills, semi-rural fringe and suburbs stuck on long FTTN copper runs, Starlink is often dramatically faster than what NBN can deliver. But if your street has FTTP or HFC available, NBN is usually cheaper and lower-latency.
