Which smart doorbell brands do you install?
Ubiquiti UniFi G4 Doorbell (wired and battery), Reolink, Eufy, plus we'll install a doorbell you've already purchased provided it's not a budget rebadged brand that talks back to dodgy overseas servers. We help you choose between local-only recording (private, no subscription) and cloud recording (convenient, but the manufacturer holds the footage).
Do you set up a full Ubiquiti UniFi system?
Yes — we're a Ubiquiti shop. UniFi Gateway / UDM / Cloud Gateway, UniFi switches, UniFi access points, UniFi Protect cameras and doorbells, and UniFi Access (door entry). Full design, installation, network segmentation and ongoing management for both residential homes and Adelaide small businesses.
Will my smart-home devices spy on me?
Depends on the brand. Most cloud cameras (Ring, Nest, Arlo, Wyze, generic budget brands) send footage to the manufacturer's servers — convenient but private only to their staff and terms of service. We help you choose privacy-first kit (UniFi Protect, Reolink with local SD card, Frigate self-hosted) and we always put IoT devices on a segmented network so they can't see your computers or business data.
Can you integrate Google Home, Alexa and Apple HomeKit together?
Where the devices support it, yes — many lights, plugs and locks now work with all three ecosystems. For devices that don't, we use a hub like Home Assistant or Aqara to bridge them. We design routines (sunset lights on, away mode, doorbell announces visitor on the TV) so your home actually feels smart instead of just expensive.
