PRICING

All Callouts or Visits:

• We charge per hour:

• $149.00 Per hour including gst for any onsite visit.

If it goes past the hour?

• Then its $70.00 for each half an hour after the first hour.

Remote or telephone support:

• ​​$50.00 for every half an hour block including gst.

How does the payment get processed?

Onsite Visits:

All payments are carried out via credit card and processed once the work has been completed. You will receive a receipt instantly once payment has been processed.

 

Telephone or Remote Support:

** We require your credit card details during the booking process if you are requesting telephone or remote support, as unfortunately some customers have not paid us in the past for completed work.
